Everything happens in the app, from posting your request to confirming it arrived.

Post your request

Set the route (where the item is from and where to deliver), add the details (item name, store link, weight and photos), then set a reward for the traveller. The app suggests amounts based on your order value, and shows a live fee breakdown as you go.

Get matched, agree a reward

Travellers heading your way accept your request or send a counter offer. You can see each Jetbuyer’s rating, route and luggage space, negotiate if you like, and choose who carries it.

Pay securely into escrow

You pay the item cost, the reward and one clear JetPicks fee. Stripe holds it all in escrow. Your traveller can see the money is there, but cannot touch it.

Track every step

Follow your delivery through six live milestones and chat with your Jetbuyer the whole way. If the item costs more than expected, they send a quick top-up request for you to approve or decline.

Add the trips you are already taking and browse open requests that match your journey. Accept the ones that fit your bag and your plans.

Accept or negotiate

Review the order and the reward, then accept it, or send a counter offer if you would like a little more for the trouble.

Buy the item

Purchase what was requested. If it turns out to cost more than expected, send a quick top-up request and the orderer approves the difference before you are out of pocket.

Mark your progress as you go so the orderer always knows where their item is.

Common questions

What can I order through JetPicks?

Almost anything a traveller can legally carry: local products, sold-out or region-locked items, gifts, market finds, things that simply do not ship to your country. Illegal, restricted and dangerous items are screened out.

How much does it cost?

You pay the item cost, a reward you set for the traveller, and one clear JetPicks service fee, along with card processing. The full total is shown before you pay. Travellers are reimbursed in full for the item and see their net reward, after a 5% platform fee, before they accept.

How long does delivery take?

It travels with your Jetbuyer, so usually days rather than the weeks international shipping takes. You will see an estimated delivery date before you place the order.

How do I set the reward?

You choose it. The app suggests amounts based on your order value, and you and the traveller can negotiate with counter offers until you both agree.

How are travellers vetted?

Every Jetbuyer is onboarded and KYC-checked through Stripe before they can be paid, and carries a public rating built from real, completed deliveries.

What if my item does not arrive?

Your payment is held in escrow and only released when you confirm delivery. If the item never arrives, you are refunded in full.

What if the item costs more than expected?

The traveller sends a top-up request with the real price. You approve the difference or decline, in which case that item is simply skipped and the rest of the order continues.

How is the handover confirmed?

How do travellers get paid?
